Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or inventory delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, unless otherwise stated)

International shipping availability will be shown at checkout if applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.
